Far from perfect...

Trying to spend all my time with you

Just for you to make me feel the way you do

Watching the other couples dance & sway

Wishing our love would find its way

Wondering if it's really meant to be

This far from perfect you & me

I would walk across the hot desert sands

Just to feel the warmth of your hands

Thinking about you every minute of the day

Why does it have to be this way

Loving you shouldn't be so tough
